For orders within Canada we offer a flat rate of $10.00per order. We realize that this may seem like a lot, but shipping in Canada is expensive! You will most certainly be refunded any overage!

It is of the utmost importance to us that each customer is completely satisfied with their shopping experience. For this reason, we encourage you to ask questions before you order, so that there are no misunderstandings. We refund the purchase price of returns made within two weeks after receipt of the merchandise. Please note that there may be a 10% restocking fee on certain items, unless we have sent you the wrong product or there is a significant flaw that we have overlooked. If we have sent you the wrong product or there is a significant flaw that we have overlooked, there is no restocking fee and you will receive a full refund of the purchase price plus shipping charges. Please note that items that have been washed and/or used cease to be eligible for return.
